Hiking
Less than a mile from the Appalachian trail which stretches from Georgia to Maine and is 2,197 miles running through 14 states, you will have no shortage of hiking options with excellent views of the lake. Sterling Forest is also nearby and Stairway to Heaven is a 15-minute drive.
Ice Cream
Bellvale Farms Creamery is one of the top ice cream shops in the US and you can hike to it (if you're ambitions :) or it's a 3.5-mile drive.
Restaurants
Emerald Point is a short walk (.3 mile) with a huge deck open all summer. Murphy's is also a short walk and Warwick offers plenty of dining options.
